Featuring six wines, providing a taste of multiple regions, join us as we travel across the country of Spain!
Spanish cooking showcases game meats throughout traditional dishes, and Chef Ronald is taking those traditional favorites and putting a wild spin on them. We will be pouring six wines paired with five dishes, allowing guests to get a full array of favors.

The most wonderful time of the year just got a whole lot sweeter (and a little boozier)! Our annual Cookies & Cocktails celebration is back at The Hollow, and we're mixing up a little holiday mischief!
We've been busy in Santa's workshop, whipping up five irresistible house-made holiday cookies, each paired with five merry and magical holiday cocktails — one delicious duo at a time! Think sugar, spice, a splash of something nice, and enough holiday cheer to make even the Grinch crack a smile.
Get those creative jingle bells ringing as you craft a one-of-a-kind Christmas keepsake. Whether it's a masterpiece worthy of the North Pole or something only your mother could love, it's yours to take home!
